When I showed then the Sledgehammer opener they still don't know what to do.

I want to personally apologize to Sledgehammer, Trion and EBgames but especially Sledge... I whined about not gettig my DLC and did all the correct procedures but nothing was in my Defiance store claim area, well after a long 12hr shifr at work I came home to play Defiance and all of my glorious DLC was there and I couldn't wait to try it all out and jump on the forums to say sorry to Sledgehammer. I still praised and praise the game but if they could only do something about the 7 day waiting in line que lol.. It usually works after a few tries anyway. Dodge Challenger here I come!

GAME are being total d1cks about this. I've emailed them a bunch of times and asked them about it on Twitter. Haven't heard a peep back.
I pre-ordered 2 copies of Defiance in my local Game UK store. The advertised in store and supplied both stated that the DLC would be a weapon (Voltan shotgun) and 500 scrip. The DLC code for this is on the back of the game instruction leaflet. I have entered the code and got the DLC, however there was not Dodge Charger.
Today (4 April) I asked in store if I had missed anything or if there was something missing - they knew nothing about this 'extra' DLC and asked if it was U.S. only DLC! I don't know but have seen the posts that say ALL pre-orders will get it, including 3rd party.
The guy in the shop was very helpful and got on the phone to chase this up, but nobody knows anything about it.
So will the Dodge Charger eventually find it's way to my account or has something gone wrong ?
Has anybody else in the UK got the Dodge and if so where did you pre-order .... would especially like to know if anybody got it after pre-order through Game.
Many of the people who preordered D1D on PS3 still have not gotten the Dodge either. Sledge, what is going on?

You my friend will get your Challenger! No need to update or cancel /re-order the game. The retailer will automatically include the redeem pass for your very own Limited Edition Red Dodge Challenger RT when you pick up your copy. Just make sure you pre-order or pay off your order before April 2nd.
Pre ordered with GAME then later cancelled (or they cancelled claiming i was a security risk LOL)
Ordered UE with Amazon.co.uk.
Ended up with emails from GAME and Amazon with pre order codes. Entered both.
Come launch day I entered my newly delivered UE code.
Go ingame , had two Dodges,two outfits(outlander) and in total 34 items from ArkHunter codes,preorder codes and UE codes.
So no idea why those actually PAYING game didnt get pre order codes in email.The ones I got were for Beta access and stated it was for pre order items (as did everyone elses)

I have my order number still and i used the code on the booklet, I also contacted GAME.co.uk and they wont respond. My friend went to the shops a few days after release and he got the dodge and he didnt even pre order it, can i have my dodge yet? Thanks.
I still haven't got my Charger, it's getting a bit sad, got a no-use answer for my ticket and haven't gotten any response on my twitter question, hopefully this will be sorted out soon, cause I pre-ordered the game because of the Charger :P
