Episode 1 Mission Reward Missing..

Yesterday, Friday april 12th, I was on until the 20 minute warning for server reset, roughly 9:40 PT. I had just added at level 2 scope and a level 3 clip (+3 burst) to the purple assault rifle that I received for completing the episode 1 mission.. Its saved my life quite a few times, and so have you, seems a nice fit.. So I log out with roughly 20 minutes untill shut down and wait around for restart. Roughly 10:20 PT I'm back online, but my purple mission reward assault rifle is missing! Worst part was it was in all three of my loadouts, now all I have is one weapon per loadout.
Was the weapon removed from game? If so id like my mods back, if not id really like my rifle back. Sent in a ticket as soon as I noticed the missing item, was on untill late eastern time with no reply.
Anyone else have problems with items disappearing?
And I actually completed the mission and got the reward on thurs(4/11) but didn't get the mods until fri morning that I put in it.

Mine disappeared also... couldn't swap weapons unless I went into the inventory and change the invisible first slot weapon. It wouldn't let me use (triangle) to quick swap slot 1 & 2 either... I glitched it again and I can now swap and equip weapons... but my rifle is still gone >=[

Sent a ticket for ingame support.. they placed a green trash rifle in my inventory and said hope that helps.. well if I was goin for a salavage feat or need 500 cash, but sure didn't help fill the hole in my loadout, the backup blue AR I had, which was not as good as the purple mission reward, was 5x better than the trash green customer support plced in my inventory..
Oh and not even a mention of the mods that were in the rifle I lost.. it was a purple, so of course I had good mods in it.. but guess I need to be takin screen shots of every item I use, and again after everytime I mod them, since the CS team can't look back to see or even acknowledge that I stated it had mods in it..

I'm having the same problem. I lost my weapon on April 10th it took them 10 days to reply back to my petition. A GM restored it yesterday and I got to use it for about 15 minutes. I entered a bugged CO-OP group mission and when I left, my primary weapon slot was empty and the weapon that was restored disappeared again. I'm sure I'll see it again in another 10 days when they restore it. Hopefully I get to keep it this time. I did notice one thing: you should not use the Salvage Matrix at all when entering and leaving any kind of group events.

Thats amazing guys... I just put in a petition for a weapon I got from a T4 Lockbox that disappeared. Do they REALLY think we're going to actually pay REAL money for something only to have it disappear 15 minutes later? And that would actually be ok with me, for now, as long as they replaced it with the same weapon.
