I am not all that good at the driving and other events around the map. So now I am really losing out on completing these pursuits since they are all dependent on driving, shooting and other stuff like that. Just not all that fair in my opinion

For the driving pursuits all your going to get if you finish all the Time Trials at gold will get you a black challenger car.
But to finish your other pursuits you just need to get a siliver which if you don't boost (on some of them) and ok driver can get you the silver for other pursuits. The extra unlocks are just clothing so if you wanted to change your outfit they are just going to be different looking versions of what is already in the game.
Also if you can't seem to get silver there is aways the co-op map pursuits that give you different clothing sets.

Also you should remember, the more you drive around your runner, the higher level it will be. That really helps to complete the time trials!

The time trails get a lot easier one you level up your runner skill.
The rampages are not that difficult to get a silver on if you just keep at it. Most of them you just have to find the "sweet spot" on the area to make the most of it.
Hot shots are really the main ones you will have a problem, but with enough patience you can get a silver in them too. The only one I'd say is a bunch of bull crap is reservoir chickens, which I still haven't done because it just makes me rage.
Not trying to be a **** but, youre worse than a 6 year old girl. Reason I say that is because of my 6 year old daughter. I try to teach her how to do things (playing games & sports, swimming, etc) and she gets frustrated and used to give up because "its too hard". But even she has come to understand after explaining it to her that she isnt going to be good at it right away, you have to practice to get good at things. So yeah... If a 6 year old girl can grasp that I find it kind of troubling that some of the people around here cant.
So random events spawning as your driving on a challenge, arkfalls, general shenanigans that adds seconds to your time. That isn't me, that's the game. Why link something I don't want to do with something I do want to do? I routinely get in the top 3 for the arkfalls that I do complete, I don't play often with work so I am not sure how far I am in the story and I have several purple and orange weapons which have mods.
So because I do not like to race I am losing out on those ego boosts? That is fair?
