    HAven't received all items!

    I purchased the deluxe addon and season pack from PSN for the ps3 version. I haven't received all that was included in those packages. I'm missing bits and other items.

    Submit a ticket and they will give you the stuff.

    Same here. Bought digital deluxe and am missing items.
    Support ticket got closed.

    They auto closed mine and live chat brushed me off. I feel ripped off

    Have you checked the in-game Defiance store as my Ultimate items appeared there?

    Did you enter the code you received in the email? You must link your account to your trion account and redeem the Deluxe Code from the web then go and check your in-game store. Go under redeem items and collect your items. They are redeemable for all characters you make.

    everything stated above has been done! I also updated the petition today again. They got to get better at this, I understand that they have a lot to do and fix as of right not and i'm not angry. I just think that how some people are complaining that they are being treated isn't very comforting.

    check your "claim items" cache. any overflow items that can't be delivered to your inventory at the time of delivery end up there.

    i just recently found out about it and had like 4 purple items in there ... lol
