I died twice on this before I got it.
The first part is not that hard just took me a while. Trick is to ignite the flame guys without killing them.
Took me while to get the hang of that but cloak worked well they then turn their back on you.

When he jumps down this is where you must be careful. Hide behind the thing in the middle and keep running from him.
After a while he will stop shooting you and go after your NPC friend that's when you can unload on him safely.
Once you get Argo you can run again. Check the shield your using go for a 3 second delay one.

During phase 2 you can use the crates on either side of the room at the FRONT to hide behind. This way any mobs out in the middle of the room go for the NPC at the back mostly. Then use a cluster shot shotgun to hit the burners. 1 shot from it and they run off & explode under him and your shot doesn't even have to be super accurate either. Then when his shield drops, you blast him with the remaining shots from the magazine(usually 12 or 13) & then head back to the crate to hide again whilst waiting for the next burner/healing with your bmg.

Phase 3 is then just a grenade launcher fight & seeing as how you use a cluster shot shotgun YOU have the upper hand due to the higher ammo capacity. Just keep circling around & using the crates to block line of sight whilst reloading.
Overcharge with any combination of Displacement field, Thick skinned, fortitude, cellular armor, escape artist works well.

It can be tough getting the little guys on fire. The easiest way for me was a pyro grenade, but also an elemental weapon with a fire attack can be good as well, especially a pyro shotgun with multiple projectiles as in my experience each of the projectiles has a chance to set the guy alight.

That's why I suggest using the clustershot shotgun. It fires grenades & is very forgiving when it comes to accuracy. A single shot landed close to the burners will set them on fire easily.

Okay just to make clear for some in this thread. There is a bug in this fight that I have seen sometimes when you die even if your self revive is ready to use you will see the option to use it but before you can you will get kicked right out. That is what the one poster was complaining about and why the answer about the self revive being on a timer and all was not at all useful.

Use the back crates for cover. Kill stuff that advances. Grenades are pretty handy because of the limited enemy AI. If you are having trouble with the flame guys jump on top of the crate and aim down. all you will see is tank. Easy shot.

I found it helped to use a detonator to start the little guys in fire and make sure to roll that helped me a lot Good Luck!!!
