If you're a linguist you could write a new language, then become the president of whatever country you live in and make that the official language of your country. Make sure that your character's name means something really dirty in your new language, and then submit a ticket explaining that you didn't know your name meant what it means.
Name changes don't usually happen on request in MMOs. It is sometimes a service offered for a fee, but rarely is it offered for free by customer service.

am guessing they wont change the name unless its some serious issue (like an abusive name or copyrighted thing or something)
