Some Defiance Store Purchases don't carry over for all account characters

I am a major item hoarder and I like being able to play for a long time without going back to sell all the time, just take a while and do it all at once.. so.. I have bought a ton of inventory slots. I have I believe 212 on my character, around EGO 620 (so give or take 20 or so slots I would have gotten from leveling + Ark Training rewards).

I was showing the start of the game to a friend and I noticed some of my stuff like outfits got transferred and Ark Hunter training, but not inventory slots (Clarifying this, I got far enough to where I got the full Defiance Store claimed rewards and wasn't just talking about boom training isle suddenly I should have all that inventory).

If you can imagine how much it cost to buy that many inventory slots at +15 a piece, you'll understand why I am bringing this up. I was under the impression that the inventory would be account wide or I would not have bought so many in the first place.

Please let me know if there is something you can do for me here; either extending my 2nd characters inventory or giving me a reason why I shouldn't ask for my money back for the inventory slots that I did purchase.

ummm I beleive there was a post stateing what wouldnt be account wide. Was even a post about some of the items you claim like lock boxs and such not being account wide. So the only true fault here is your own.

You can ask for your cash back all you wish but truthfully you wont get it because it was posted I dont know how many times.

I can understand Lock Boxes not being character wide but Inventory Slots/Cosmetic stuff should. I'll go look for this post.

Not only did I not find a post on it, I also checked details on the ingame store itself and it is not mentioned. It should pretty much straight up tell you whether the item you are buying is just for the character or account wide regardless if there is a FAQ or something on a forum (it isn't) that you may or may not visit. If it isn't explained in game somewhere then I have full right to complain.

i got to side with malaclypse here because the comestic item is just comestic with no bonus effect or what not for the character the item slot though might be something else but could still be share with character
