a little insight/help S/T> orange VOT Bolter (sniper)

was wondering if there is anyone out there who can help me with a little problem regarding the hotshot/rampage sections of Marin and Sausalito, these are really dificult and was wondering if there is anyone out there who can give me some hints on some of em..been slaving over these and i havent been able to get close. I dont know why but i was able to get San Francisco persuit done with ease, but not the other two.

DMG: 1081
Fire Rate: 1.4
Mag: 10
Reload: 3.0
Crit Mult: 3.5
Bloom: 4.00

+8 DMG on next shot after kill(10 sec)

Synergy: Veteran
[2] +10% rate of fire after full reload

15% grenade recharge on kill
x1.10 fire rate
