Melee Weapons?

We have also seen pictures of mobs with dirty great melee weapons. So I wouldn't be surprised if more appear.

Edit: the picture had a guy with a 2hannded hammer or something. Did look awesome if anyone can find it again

hmm sure there is some one we can bribe for them. if they can do them for npc's. not to hard to give them to players.

As most people already said, there is a melee attach, but not any real melee weapons. Though there are a few ego powers that go along with a melee attack.

Though, in a shooter, I can understand the need for a melee or push back attack... but just going melee in a shooter? Maybe it just isn't for me.

Edit: Oh, and there was an instance that they showed on live stream of someone picking up a "temp" or "number of use" weapon that was a big power fist.

Q. Is there a melee attack?

A. Absolutely. You can use both a striking attack (similar to a buttstroke) but also equip certain weapons with melee enhancements like bayonets that will increase melee damage. Certain EGO skills also have melee increases.
