The company that coded it recognized it as a bug. Not sure where the argument is here...
Also:
My buddy was having a problem with the same mission. He kept trying it over and over for 2 days. I went to his house, he logged into his account, and I tried it a couple different ways myself. It was simply bugged to the point of it not being possible to complete.
After their server restart, it worked flawlessly.
There's no way you can say that is not a bug.
So basically you're saying that EVERYONE who encounters a bug is just too stupid to figure out the "right" way to do things? Uh, okay. One of the first mission in the game, the one where you had to sabotage the ammo stockpiles on Sniper's Ridge was bugged for me. I got up there and no ammo crates, no enemies, nothing but a bunch of people standing around like a pack of morons. I finally got on my iPad an googled:defiance snipers ridge bug. Apparently this has happened to a dozens of other people too and the work around was as simple as quitting the quest and retaking it. Bug squashed. This sort of thing has happened at least half a dozen more times since then and the solution has always been the same: quit the mission and retake it. I'm glad you've had a bug free experience so far but you come off more than a little condescening by saying no one knows how to play the game and their bugs are just them being dumb. I mean come on, if even half the people who make bug claims were that stupid they wouldn't even know how to turn on there game system.
I don't always fight for whats right... i fight to be whats left.
