Missing bits and boxes

So yesterday, or thursday, I can't remember, I decided to buy a T3 box with resources. Only to have nothing show up. Nothing in my claim items, nothing got placed in my inventory. I figure that is ok, I'll just submit a ticket no big deal, I used resources.

So today I finally have enough in my PSN wallet to purchase $20 worth of bits. I say, great, now I can start getting somethings. But after the purchase, my money was gone from my wallet, and no bits were received.

I have purchased many boxes and received nothing. It wouldn't be that bad but bits cost real money.
