Problem with "Annihilte Angel Island" Co-op Map Pursuit.

I have been trying to get the pursuit "Defeat the Matron in under 3 minutes". I did it 4 times with different groups, and I never got the pursuit, I even timed it with my iPhone timer, every single time it is less than 3 minutes. I wonder if the pursuit is bugged, or did the cinematic also count as the time spent?

I just did it on PS3 in just under 2 and got nothing.

It's broken for me, we kill the Matron and nothing happens.... then after like 30 min of waiting we got bored and killed ourselves.
