Amazon(UK) dont accept defiance forum dev quotes as reliable

So dev's can you sort this because im fed up with the customer service team refusing to do anything about the codes. you have said they have the codes and i have the right to quote myll but they refuse to accept them.

Please can you please sort out the problems us from the uk and other nations are having with getting are preorder and trion codes.

I was told incorrect infomation by my 1st customer service person, 2nd person gave me semi incorrect info and told me id get a responce from the relevent department in 48hours the 3rd (after 48 hours) did nothing, the 4th basicly refused to accept any trion dev quotes.

Please will trion refuse to allow amazon ever again to get top level preorder bundles because im really fed up at this time that ive had alot of my time wasted trying to get amazon to give me my trion code.

Also tell them to take down the incorrect beta dates as there false advertising.

I think this extreme confusion over codes with all our stores (some don't have any info,some are just missing beta info) seems to be on namco.I really wish i could have just ordered from Trion directly,i would have had less hassle and Trion would of had more money from my purchase.

Hey guys, I pre-ordered through the link on the defiance website to Amazon UK.

I've contacted Amazon UK and they say the will deliver the BETA codes after the 2nd of April.

Could someone from Trion please check this out?

EDIT: For anyone else in the UK having this problem, got some info from a more helpful Amazon Rep today:

I know the beta isn't this weekend, but it looks like they are going to email codes out. Here's hoping.

I'm sure we're going to be fine. The dlc section on Amazon.co.uk even states that people who have preordered get the beta codes on the 14th/15th and the rest of the free dlc on the 2nd of April. Some of the UK customer service teams are outsourced to India and it seems like they aren't always aware of the information they need. This is Amazon Head Offices fault for not staying on top of things.

Sledge has assured us that Trion are liaising with all sellers, so lets at least wait until tomorrow to see how many people start to receive their codes on the 14th.
