check it out for yourself
no xp gained on that wpn and itll cost ya 20k+
maxxed out and itll only cost ya around 5k
this is just a general example
it probably also varies by gun and rarity

Interesting, though as long as you dont have a full synergy set weapon putting mods after the weapon is maxed is kinda waste.
