from what i heard chats been busted since beta... area,team,and group chat work pretty well and bug out on occasion but clan chat is completely bugged and unusable.

Don't read the posts then. If you are looking for something more relevant how about YOU use the search function?

Are you serious, or just trolling? Even you now there are dozens of posts like this already, so what do you think your post will possibly accompish, other than make you look like an idiot? Trion already know about the problem and are working on it. You can whine about it until you are blue in the face, but even you know it won't make a lick of a difference, so why both waste your time on it?

waaaa somebody posted a duplicate topic and forced you to read it! OMG, imagine that more than 1 person is having an issue with it, and would appreciate an update without spending 20 minutes searching through forums about it. Some of us have lives outside of forums or the game, and spending time sifting through your inane links to find a dev's response takes away from game time. It's not my, or his, responsibility to hunt for answers about a service we have paid for.

TL;DR version - quit whining about what people post, as long as it isn't abusive or actually offensive.

Rational players will see this and understand. They also will read the blogs and see that the Devs have talked about chat three different times. But these players are out for blood and won't be satisfied unless they receive a personal message from the Head Developer with a free Lockbox as an apology or something stupid like that. You are a better man then I to have the patience to continue to try and give these players any type of information only to be flamed for trying to help.
