Nah. His, "I. AM. TAAALKING!" speech was the best, followed by his newest in Rings. But, he has some wonderfully amazing moments.
Still not as rounded and likable as Tennant tho. Plus, he needs eyebrows.

That was a good scene too. For the rings, I still have to finish that episode.
I can't seem to find a solid video of just the scene but, the christmas special with tennant and the sycorax.. The great big threatening button... Second best scene in the of the series, not the entire, just the newer ones. The absolute best scene with tennant, for me, is when they're asking him who he is. "IIIIII DOOOOON'T KNOOOOOW"
the way he meets his doctor was funny and that is also how it transitions from that episode to the christmas special with kylie minogue. never seen it before
....like the legend of the phoenix...all endings are beginnings....

I suppose I could call myself a fan. Only really got into Who when they restarted the series a few years ago. Since I got into the show via Eccleston, he's definitely one of my favourites. Would've been nice if he could've gotten another season or two, particularly considering how long Tennant's run was (I initially disliked Tennant as The Doctor but warmed up to him rather quickly, although his run did nose-dive once they dragged 'Donna' into it as far as I'm concerned. I still prefer him over Smith in a way, though I have things I like and dislike about both of their times as The Doctor.)
Smith is definitely doing a good job, particularly with how attached fans were to the 10th Doctor. I have more than a few gripes with the 11th Doctor, but the grand majority are down to the writing of the series, rather than the actor. (The episodes where Neil Gaiman has had involvement always seem to be the ones I enjoy the most, just give him the whole show already) Still I won't get into those here, I'll be here all night. :P

Neil has only had involvement in one episode, but it was a great one. Hoping the one coming up is good. I pretty much like all the Doctors. Some I like more because of the Big Finish audio plays than their television exploits. The Sixth Doctor comes to mind, there. Of the new series, I think they've all been great. I agree about wishing 9 had at least another season, but having 10 and Rose together was great, initially. I was getting a little tired of Tennant by the end, to be honest even though I liked him a lot. I thought his exit was good timing. Now, Matt Smith on the other hand. I think he's just perfect. I'm still not tired of him, and hope he stays on a few more years.
