I'm trying to find it, I found it at a store once but can't find it again. It wasn't a special. Anyone know the location? Or maybe saw it for a special offer somewhere?

You can buy an orange one at a place called Crystal Lake.

Orange and a Plum Crazy one from secret venders. If you search secret venders on here you should find threads that tell you how to get them.

Just north of the Muir Processing Time Trial, you will see a small lake. Kill all enemies there and vendor will appear, you can now buy an orange Challenger.

Not to hijack the thread, but is it my understanding that the Orange Runner and Orange Challenger are supposed to be the "fastest" vehicles available compared to other runners and Chargers? I thought it was just color and that was all, but I was looking at the stats of runners by Coopers Cabin and that of the Runner by the hidden merchant and noticed that the stats were different?
