Your connection to the DEFIANCE servers has timed out, this is what I get after I choose my character on Defiance.

Can someone help me?

You are not the only one, can't get online the last 30 minutes or so. Just after playing a match on Waterfront and winning, I got disconnected.

First time since I bought the game on release that I am having troubles. Normally only 1 time-out a day max, now 6 or so in 1 hour.

Well, I'm trying to play since this morning. Haven't shoot a hellbug! hhaha

same here mate. at first i thought it was because i made a new caracter.
probably server overload or someting.

Yeah, i had this problem about 3-5 times last night, as well as the game causing my PS3 to freeze 2 times.... It all happened within an hour then everything was fine. I assume it's just heavy traffic of a newly released game. If it still does it after a few more weeks, then i'd see cause for concern.....

it's getting quite frequent now. must be really busy serverside. trion might start thinking of more servers i guess.
also give players an option as to wich server they want to play on. this way our american friends are not left out.

This is still happening and to be honest im starting to get sick of it, I can seem to be able to play for more than an hour now with out the D/C from severs timed out B/S.
And all i get back from a bug/issue ticket is to put the port codes in LOL no dam use when your in a DMZ LOL.

I bought the game last night and haven't been able to play yet. Keeps coming back with the same reply

Is it possible they are doing this on purpose? Kicking certain people off the server who have been on for a long time so that others can have a chance? Could this be a way of being cheep and in not investing the money to make things work properly for everyone? If so, that ticks me off cause when I buy a game, I expect to play it when I want for however long I want.

That is the stupidest thing I've read so far today. Mind you I've only been on the forums for a few minutes.
