Anyone else think the Dark Matter Enforcers are too accurate?

Up close, I have no problem believing that the Enforcers can keep up a steady stream of fire at me, and hit me with every shot, but sometimes I'm 100+ meters away, sniping them, and they are still just as accurate.
Can this be remedied so that if I want to snipe, I don't have to worry about the Enforcers shooting me non-stop from 100 meters away, and hitting me with every single shot from their SMG or AR or whatever they are using? The same can go for the Raider Blitzer. All of the mobs that have repeater weapons are way too accurate at long distances.

thats was their suppost to be buddy .... their suppost to be harder then the raiders ... ya its s little unfair but if you think of it they would be so easy you wouldnt want to play the game ... you at least need it to be a little hard so the game is fun that way ... really i want them more accurate but its not going to happen ... anyways i like it the way it is

I too think they are way to accurate, and i think bloodrazer is missing the point.

If they are meant to be hard, ok, give them more HP or more dmg, but accuracy is something different. If i got a longe range weapon and my enemy has a smg i should try to attack him from a far distance. My sniper rifle may do not as much dps as the smg, but if I can use the range of my sniper, i'm have the advantage.

Now those enemys can hit me with the smgs at a range at which I can only use snipers. Thats not fair.
That is NOT making the game harder, it is just making sniper weapons ridiculous.

If I attack them in close quarter combat with lmgs I have no problem at all.

Imho dark matter guys are way to overpowered in range combat. In close quarter they are not harder to defeat than 99ers.

    I agree with fastgiga.

Also, this seems more like a general discussion topic than a tech support topic.

They are highly-trained soldiers.. I want a challenge when I play a game. They obviously are going to be tougher than Raiders/Mutants.

This is why Dark Matter is so feared...
BTW I have no trouble sniping them, just hold up in a building with decent cover and pick them off one by one.

Gonna call somewhat BS on this, in regards to the Raider Blitzer at least, who is accurate as hell too at range with an SMG. They need to be toned down or something if the Dark Matter Enforcer is supposed to be 'Elite/Highly Trained' but are being on a level of a Raider Blitzer.

And highly trained or not, what sort of witchcraft are they using to be so accurate with an SMG at such a range to control the bullet spread at that point? If they were using ARs, fine. I find Dark Matter to be a problem due to their accuracy with the SMG, the size of their mag (so when you have 2-3 of them hitting you, good luck) and the pestering of their Snipers who, upon hitting you, turn you the freak around giving the Enforcers your back to unload into with all that ammo and also at times being able to hit you behind cover when you know they shouldn't. They come off as less of a challenge to me and more as 'cheap'. I know others see them as a challenge but I see them differently. I just think some enemies are *TOO* accurate to be able to hit even the tiniest bit of you sticking out of cover (unless this is lag or something).

I think some of it is connection issues, it's not that they are too accurate. It's that damage that originally you should have avoided you didn't because of either Server Lag issues or you're own personal internet connection. I have the issue of I'll be roll dodging and in the middle of my roll I'll be getting shot and this is with Dark Matter only.

Now I recall at the start of the game the tutorial stating that rolling breaks the targets lock on. With dark matter this is not the case. I can roll, jump, dodge, spin around in circles, and shoot them in the face and they still have this crazy auto lock; on top of the general lag I'm experiencing I take damage no matter what.

I know it's wrong to say they are too hard. Because obviously that is how they are designed, Trion could pop in here and say exactly that, "They are supposed to be hard". In all honesty they aren't hard. They are just annoying. It's annoying to have to hide behind cover instead of get up close and personal with a shotgun/smg because you can't break their auto target lock.

The point being, don't debuff them, just make it so they're auto-lock is easier to break when rolling/dodging.

When you fight raiders.. it's chaotic, grenades blowing up all over the place, you get rioters trying to get in close while the rocket guys are blowing you up from afar. The tankers can be a bit of a problem, one of their rocket hits you and you're pretty much dead. You don't see much tactic.. it's just power in numbers with them.

When fighting Dark Matter.. You'll get the annoying stealth snipers who shoot you, knock you back then the enforcers open fire.. Monitors will put up a shield and protect allies while they shoot at you too sometimes. I don't know if it's good AI.. or a fluke but those are tactics I'd expect from highly-trained soldiers. It can get annoying sometimes..I found the best way to deal with them is to use all the cover you can and take them out 1 by 1. They've killed me a lot, I'll admit.. But I prefer fighting a smaller group of really strong enemies than fight a large group of annoying ones(Hellbugs, mutants, Scrappers).

The worse thing I've encountered so far was when 3 events overlap'd eachother.. I had 9 Mutant Grenadiers to fight at the same time. THAT was cheap.

Maybe I should group up with some people and journey into SF to tackle Dark Matter and see if it's better. I've lured the odd Scrappers/Mutants into conflicts with Dark Matter before but Dark Matter just completely destroys them.

And funny enough, if I'm able to get in close enough with an SMG or Auto-Shotgun, I can make short work of them but that's if it's not a number's game (getting 2-3 down before #4 & 5 finish me and that's if they don't have a Bulwark covering them).

I still think Snipers need some adjustment cause your post kind of touches on this 'auto lock' thing. I'll see their sight line on me and I'll roll out of the way but as soon as I'm back on my feet, they have already compensated their aim to where I end up and have shot me :| What? So they know I'm going to roll, in what direction and are just waiting for me to do it by 'fake' targeting me? The hell? This happens *A LOT* too. Not even sure if this is lag cause the gunshot is after I've rolled like they're just waiting for me to take that action.
