I think it has more to do with...

    So,

What are you going to do since you won't be able to play anything on PS3 tomorrow? Just curious as to if you are going to sell all of your games. I don't play PS3, because it's crap, but I'd be more than willing to pay Game Stop price for your Hello Kitty - Adventure Island 3 disk. I'm sure I could sell it to several others on this forum for a premium.

Dude if yu don't play ps 3 why is your dumbass even over here commenting. If you weren't such a complete idiot you would realize that we can still play online games while they are working on the network. Unlike with Xbox that falls apart with the smallest online issue. Why don't you go back to fable land and leave the adults to their forums

Settle down kids. Don't direct your anger at Trion, it's Sony that decided that they wanted to do a whole day of maintenance on the same day that Trion was planning to release the patch. So we get it a day or two later, the point is we will be getting it. As fellow ps3 owners you all have a plethora of games to choose from to keep you occupied. I for one am going to pick up tomb raider which I havnt had the chance to enjoy yet and possibly replay dishonor end because its on my to do list. It's not the end of the world and *****ing about wanting your money back or whatever is not going to get you anywhere.

    You're funny dude.

    1. I'm here because it showed up on the "recent posts" section of the forum. I didn't read that it was in the Playstation forum. If I would have, I wouldn't have bothered. PlayStation is worthless. I'm also not playing this game on Xbox, so your attempt and flattery failed.

    2. I didn't realize Fable was created for the PC. Perhaps I'll go pick it up tomorrow.

    3. I'm well aware that you can sometimes play games while they are undergoing maintenence. I spent 30 seconds reading the article, and thought you would enjoy this brief little tidbit.

"If you have signed in to PSN within 5 days prior to the start of maintenance (meaning: any time since April 10th), you may be able to play games online and enjoy apps such as Netflix, HULU Plus and Music Unlimited during this maintenance period."

*so, to translate for you, since I'm not sure you're the best at comprehension, here goes. "If you HAVE signed on within the last 5 days, there is a chance you will still be able to play online. That means, that there are situations where you can not."*

So, yes... I'm smarter than you, apparently.

I wasn't calling anyone a fool, I was just providing information that was skipped over which provides further insight into why the PS3 patch is possibly delayed.

Also, yes I'm aware that the PSN doesn't impact patches to games directly. However if you did not log into PSN during whatever window they (Sony) setup to allow online gameplay still, people have lives, you may have issues playing online/logging in. Which in turn indirectly affects patching games as you're unable to log into/connect to PSN at all, since Defiance requires PSN authentication it would also indirectly affect patching/playing Defiance.

All you had to do was sign on in the last 3-4 days. If you haven't then that's your fault. I work and still has had time to sign in at least once in that period of time.
