    Bits not being granted...

    So I finally decide to give in and get me some of them there bits and purchase the 1800 bit pack for $19.99 on the PS3 Defiance in-game store. This was about... 12 hours ago.

    I've yet to receive them. I still have the confirmation e-mail from PSN regarding my purchase and everything in addition to an open Support Desk ticket in-game.

    A little help please?

    Uhm... Heellllooooooo...

    I understand you guys have a lot going on with the show releasing tomorrow, your upcoming code deployment, regular upkeep, etc. But I purchased these bits over 12 hours ago and still don't have them.

    Is there like some kind of GM (as made famous in literally every other MMO to date) who can just like... take a look at the issue or flip some kind of switch?

    Bits missing

    Same thing happened to me. Bought some last night while I was playing - 5200 Bits ($50 worth) and I never received them. Xbox Live account history shows them though. 4000 MS points were taken as payment with no product received though.

    And yes, their Live Chat is also broken as I sought that method in hopes of getting what I paid for.

    Well that's a relief. Not that you're getting as hosed as I am but that I'm not the only one and it's not just a platform specific problem.

    I hear PC Steam users are having their accounts tempa-banned for no reason... least we don't have that going on I guess.

    Here we are... over 36 hours later still no bits. Still no word that anything is being done about it. Still getting pissed off.
    I'll give you one more day... seriously... one more day.

    I feel your pain. I purchased the $20 amount either wednesday or thursday, Still haven't recieved the bits. I also bought a T3 box with from resources, and I recieved nothing for it.

    1800 bits not given

    on my xbox 360, i purchased 1800 bits for 1600 ms points. the bits didnt update. I even backed out and did the pending download and still nothing in the bits Any help would be appreciated.
