Reboots you would like to see.

It's kind of what I meant when I started the thread, but I can see it the other way. It's a case of hitting "restart" on the series story/style while keeping the general theme and name.

Yeah, I just see it as a reset button on the series.

With the recent reboots of games like Tomb Raider and X-Com I can't help but think of awesome games from the past I'd love to see be remade for a new generation. Post what games you would like to see come back.

Tenchu does need an overhaul the one of the Xbox 360 wasn't great graphically. the character models were flat all around. Mutant League Football would be awesome. Can only imagine the gore in that game XD.

Would be cool to see Phantasy Star on the next gen consoles. Anyone remember that on the Genesis?

I have my doubts that PSO2 will be on the next gen consoles. With Sega's track record, it would be best if it stayed PC only.

I hear they are making a Phantasy Star Online 2 soon though. Not sure on details because I don't follow the series anymore.

Phantasy Star Online 2 has already been released in Japan. In fact it has been out almost a year. However, it has yet to be released outside of Japan. The Japanese server will end up being better. Just like Phantasy Star Universe. There is an English patch for the Japanese version if you don't know how to read Japanese. I play on the Japanese server btw. lol
