Then PLEASE enlighten me and show me where this progression is, because I honestly don't see it and I REALLY want to. What I'm seeing is a world that is MUCH too small to allow for guns to progress too much. You can't have someone with a gun that does even 900 damage in the same area where someone is using a 200 damage gun fighting the same Arkfall.

I there ANY item progression at all? Or is the only progression you're talking about is when you use a weapon you gain slight improvements here and there? I'm sorry, getting 1.10% reload speed isn't really anything to write home about.

Next time the OP should write "I don't like the way progression is structured in this game." That makes more sense.

But if you say this game has NO progression, then expect your statement to be treated stupidly.
Ill assume you read his post. You just said its ok to have an opinion. Not only does he feel like there is lack of progression, but he was respectful. Which was met with the typical "go play WoW mess"..So if he gave an opinion, to which you said is ok to have, i guess that only leaves the fact that not only YOU didnt think it was smart, but you even went as far as to tell him what he should have said.

    Nice!

How about you GET to a higher level before you knock the leveling progression. Eh?

In WoW, if you complained, they would say "get to level cap then complain newb". You aren't even CLOSE to level cap here, and you're complaining. *salute* have fun with that.
Translation please.....I'm not sure what this person is trying to say.....

The Episodes aren't gonna bring anything new to the table. A few missions that you WILL complete in less then a day. The major patch doesn't include ANY new features, its all improvements. Balanced PVP is awesome, But the whole game seems built around the idea that weapon DAMAGE doesn't get any better. Sure you have perks and mods and Synergies, Im WELL aware, im not EGO 400 im 1000. The point is there isn't enough things to do to get you from point a to point b. and even if you do get capped and decked out You wont feel as though, Im almost certain of that.

10% percent faster reload speed isn't good enough? If you instant reload your gun, how is that going to be fair in pvp?

You wanna do superhuman stuff? Why don't you go play City of Heroes?

If 10-20% increases in stats aren't good enough for you, then I don't know what to say. Go play something different

Well if you don't know English then that's your first problem. You should go back to school first and then learn the language

but the majority of perks are either so marginal as to be useless or too situational to be useful. Not all. There are some great perks, but the majority of perks could be dropped from the game tomorrow and it wouldn't negatively impact the game at all

per some alpha testers SUPPOSEDLY they were looking at more "progression" with weapons , shields, etc but went the other route so the game as it is now was not the original lets set this down in stone intended version. An argument could be made that going from 1 extreme "progression feeling" to the other extreme "no progression feeling" is just that = EXTREME. A mild progression , lets say from white to orange = 10% more damage 2.5% increase per color up could be utilized and is neither extreme of "progression god weapons" / "extremely little progression"

things don't have to be either or.

Daholic, you're thinking too hard. It's this simple:

Everyone can say whatever they want. But if you say something that makes no sense like "this game has no progression," then don't be surprised when people treat you like someone with no sense.

There's a difference between saying "there is no progression" and "I don't like the progression in this game." If you don't know how to communicate or understand that difference, than you have bigger problems than the bugs in this game.

I don't get this really. In every game I play with a lot of progression all people do is whine about grind. In games with light progression all people do is complain about a lack of progression.

Is there anyway we can get the people to trade games with eachother. Lord knows how people who hate grind chose the games with a lot of progression and people who like tons of progression choose a game with little progression.

There is progression in this game though, but aside from traditional progression.

There is ALSO a difference between "There is NO progression" which he never says actually, before you tell people to read and understand English... and "There is a Lack of progression" which is what he says.
