Considering the fact that many people will be playing on consoles, and they likely intend to run all servers at the same time for the sake of its continuity with the tv show, it is unlikely that they would give anyone a head start as many people will need their physical copy of the game before starting.

are there actually that many people playing on the consoles? i find that unlikely. but i suppose i forget there are poor people that have to play on 8 year old hardware lol.
thankfully the servers arnt mixed. but i digress, this is my prediction for pc or at least hopeful wish.

Hey! I'm apart of the PC master race, except the player base is old men/women and socially awkward people. Then the average people I find are in another country outside of the US which isn't fun! I have to learn languages and I hate that! So I got a console and have never regretted it, met the best people in the world and such.
