you won't be getting digital preorder items if you are buying the physical copy. but you still get all of the standard pre order items. such as the retailer specific gun, the car and a few other things.
I dont know how you missed all of this information in your "scouring" but it details the bonuses for each tier of the pre-order.

Thats stupid. 1 gun vs.. 5-6 items for digital.. wow. /fail.
I dont understand why PS3 and XBOX users who buy a *hardcopy* get all the bonuses but if i get the PC version from Gamestop I dont? Thats messed up. Why do I get punished?
If you buy the PC version in Ultimate Edition, you get the same as an Xbox or PS3 player.
