    bingo. scaling equipment, and thus the mobs, only serves to trivialize everything below the zone you're in.
    Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
    Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
    Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
    Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.

    Well, all that awesome atributes seems useless to me. Only +8 mag looks interesting untill u see that stupid weapon, low dmg, slow firerate and comes only with size 5 mag? There are alot of atributes/synergy garbage, that are plain terrible.

    I dont think that was his point. What he is saying that you are missing, is that a white compared to a orange!. You both have a "legendary" weapons but his is exactly the same as a white!!. So much for scaling right!?

    Omg preach!!.. I have to second this!!.. thought I was the only one who felt this way!!.. these weapons are far from legendary!!..

    :-) hoping not. heck , an eventual DLC that expands modding to building an entire gun from scratch would be great with a player being able to choose every detail BALANCED by +% somewhere decreasing % somewhere else = making choices

    I can't help but feel like this game won't hold my interest for much longer when there's no reward (or a reward so negligible it can't be noticed) for progressing.

    Games are for recreation, for fun. No one accomplishes anything by spending hundreds of hours playing a game to get a legendary shiny. It's a false feeling of accomplishment.

    I'm having fun in this game. And, if I can take away one small accomplishment from the time I waste on gaming, it's that my aim is improving. That is a genuine progression, and the only one that really matters in this game.
