Defiance: Advanced Mission Beta 3 Details

We should all be happy we are getting a Beta at all some games dont give one to gamers at all.

I know I am, even as little time as I will have to play I will use it to try and fix glitches as well as exploring the world out there

Since I am getting it on Xbox I probably have a better chance getting in the Beta since it's only a little over 24 hours. It should be at least 2-3 days at least but what can ya do. There will probably be tones of videos on Youtube anyways so I can get a good idea about the game then and the graphic fidelity of the console versions.

Because you should sign up for a pre-order for the rest of the things it offers, and because everyone who pre-ordered both on pc, ps3, and xbox had no idea until now about how these beta events would spread out. ( or at least for the last day when it comes to the pc side ).

Everyone had a fair hand in the pot, and this is why people should not pre-order just for 'betas' but rather they should look for the actual goodies that are provided with it, and / or to help show support for a game they like.

They've chosen that these should be proper dates, and its within their rights as you were never really entitled to a specific amount of time x.

Indeed, I'm kind of glad the 'beta access' is only a minor/extra incentive. There's been a few other MMOs coming out as of late, that I've chosen to boycott, since they actually allow people to pay more money to "cut ahead in line" for beta so to speak. (Paying users in those other instances would get a separate and/or extra VIP beta from the standard beta... that's when I feel "paying for beta" isn't right.)

This looks like the ps3 servers apparently need more testing then the Xbox servers. That's good news

maybe something to do with us paying for the up keep.

You actually completely and utterly misunderstood me. I was pokeing fun at TRION (more or less mocking them...guess I should've put quotes on it)...it was a rhetorical question. I'm not saying you should've known this...but I did apply context clues prior to said question. I'm also only referring to AFTER they announced said BETA info today. Simply trying to point out that the pre-order access is a gimmick.

Rethinking getting this game for Xbox 360 with this short beta , really does show lack of support. I hope one of the DEVs can really shed some light on why the Xbox has less time than PS3 because getting this for Xbox does not look promising.

I hope your not taking your anger out on Microsoft because they would not allow cross-platform play, because your are also taking it out on players. At least if i remember correctly it was Microsoft who said no to cross gameplay.
