Fine if u wanna tally up scores then u have to minus xbox 1 point for charging to play online and minus 1 point for crappy Kinect (and all the crappy games for it). You can add a point for every GOOD exclusive they have so that's 2 points....

PS3 gets added a point for free online play, and 1 point for every good exclusive game series they have so that's about another 10-15 points added on, and then 1000 points for their amazing ps4 announcement.

Can u add those up for me and let me know the final score?

Would this be the PS4 non-announcement from a couple of weeks back? There was so little info given, and then Sony had to retract a whole bunch of 3rd party suppliers from the presentation after using their names without permission in order to make the support look stronger.

I'd be waiting for the Microsoft presentation before you stroke your move controller too much!

By the way I'm looking forward to both next gen consoles. My Gamertag is SlashedPlum on Xbox and PS3 before you start calling me a fanboy ;-)

You guys? Damned if I care what PS3 is doing with Skyrim, it's best on PC anyways... mod-able that way. As for the rest, to each their own. I also have both ps3 and 360. I barely touch the 360, especially the Kinect... I've used Kinect all of 4, maybe 5 times since its launch. I love the Move on PS3 using the Sharpshooter, I also found XBL to truly be a waste of money (reason you don't get a browser on 360 is so MS can lock you into having to pay for EVERYTHING, rather than being able to browse for free services)... as you get more options on PS3 for free, along with PS Home (rather than an avatar that just stands there and looks pretty LOL), etc.

only ps 3 is good for is blue ray movies lol chat sucks on it, the ps stores is down or wont load what u want to buy, and ps3 home is a waste of time i would rather have my avatar standing there with new clothes and gear and seeing what friends r online and start a party chat and start playing some cod with my friends but there is one thing about sony ps4 looks alot more promsing thats for sure now just got to wait on xbox next gen conference

You know what's funny about what you said there. To sum it up, MS charges users for every little thing they can, while overall offering less (not even a built-in web-browser), and then still has to toss more money at trying to "be better". Kind of ironic... that's exactly what used to happen the last gen. I used to head up an electronic department as Team Lead... and we couldn't keep our PS2s in stock, yet MS vendors would come in and put stickers for THREE free games on the older boxes, and newer boxes were printed from the factory to have THREE free games, and could still hardly sell. Just seems ironic.

As for Sony opening their wallet... from my experience; they don't really have to, as their quality speaks for itself pretty much... they even show so much faith in their systems, they don't mind taking small losses per sale of each console. Also funny you mention complaining and entitlement... unless I missed something, all the complaining and entitlement on these forums is coming from 360 users!? LOL.

Wow, I never recalled I said, nor inferred that this game was being developed on the PS2. My point was to highlight what you yourself said as well as enforce the fact that "Microsot - has - to - keep - throwing - money - at - everything - in - order - to - stand - a - chance". As for complaining, nah, I see it more from 360 users, but hey, that's just me.

Its because I don't care to pay when I can have free online with PSN, which frankly from what I demoed with Xbox is about the same. I can get most, if not all of the multiplayer games I care about on PS3, and I keep my xbox for the sake of those annoying exclusives that probably need to stop soon.

I also always prefered PSN's simple design over Xbox's mess.. But now it seem they've both evened out, yay 'progress'.

But to answer the "about the same" comment...that's very untrue. I've played EVERY CoD (let's face it, highest traffic out of any online game) on both system and I've never had less problems with PS3. MW3 had a VERY short run of being better until a patch came out for 360. Also DCUO, imo, most likely would run soooooooo much smoother on LIVE.

maybe I missed it, but it's there a reason why xbox has less beta time? Don't get me wrong, any time is good but 37 hours on weekdays doesn't even seem like it would be considered a stress test.

My last comment isn't about the stability of the online platform, and no 'free' doesn't speak to the masses. The mess I am talking about is the menus, right up to the market place, which for me felt like a bad mess. While accessing everything I wanted was much smoother with PS3.

Please do not put text in my forum post. PS3 is my preferred method of gaming not just because its 'free'. But because I've stuck with Sony ever since the PSX. I respect the Xbox side of things as long as they'll offer the same kindness. Xbox is not superior, but then neither is the PS3, or PC. They each have their pros and cons.. and this silly fight is pointless.
