I am a huge beta tester and love doing so but if you think who ever you got testing 360 right now is finding the good bugs that ruin games your wrong its the hardcore players that find that **** and they will abuse the **** out of them in full game since you dumbasses thank its cute to not work your *** off to give everyone pc-ps3-x360 a chance to ****ing test thanks for nothing cant wait to see fake number one players but at least i know ps3 still gonna be nothing but modders cause they dont know how to fix stuff on ps3.

I agree that not knowing the complete details provides much potential bias. The end result is that we only know what information is being provided and to this point the betas that were promosed as a pre-order bonus are hardly equal; thus the backlash on the forums today.

At the very least having the 360 beta over the weekend and offering the PS3 betas as Monday through Friday would have been a more optimal solution. At this point the 360 community feels cheated and rightly so. While Trion may not be solely to blame in this, without better communication the fault of the matter rests firmly on them.

No matter what information they give us, it still won't change the dates. Only fingers on who to blame.

you named yourself after a dude with pink hair and wrote the biggest run-on sentence in this entire thread.

you just like to play games early so that you can say that you played it before it came out. that doesn't make you a "huge beta tester". that just makes you a dude who likes to play games for free.

Betas in no way exist for you to get to play the game early. They are there to test the game, people tend to forget that the full title of "beta" is "beta TEST". If they have given the PS3 a longer period of stress-test (and that is essentially what a weekend beta is for) then that means they need a longer period for the PS3 to nail down problems, or perhaps not as many people play the PS3 version so they need a longer time frame to get people in to adequately test the system.

Fact is, everyone including the developers know that the 360 and PC are going to be the primary platforms in terms of pure numbers. A shorter test for both of these platforms clearly shows that they are more confident in these two versions of the game.

It's not rocket science and they aren't trying to hurt your feelings. So check your sack.

I think we debunked the part about betas only beeing about testing like 3 pages ago. tldr: Open beta = early access. Especially when its SOLD as part of a preorder.

I think it's long past that point by the looks of it. Just lots of abuse and repetition. I think you need to have a good read through it all so you can acclimatise yourself with the people who appear to be loving the 'brawl'.
