So Xbox customers pay the same as PS3 customers for pre-order which includes this "beta" yet they get far less play time. How is that even legal?
And it's silly to call it a Beta. I forgot the release date in my previous post. This is a demo to hype the game. A demo many have to pay for. There isn't any test. To claim otherwise is to be purposely obtuse. The best they could do is patch things after release.
And to top it all off instead of giving us an honest answer as to why they are screwing over Xbox players they offer up a useless PC "beta" code.
Not even going to bother with this game. A real shame. I was excited for this one. The lack of open and honest customer support is a real turnoff. Not blaming anyone in particular but if you're going to release a "beta" with a 100 hour difference in play time between consoles maybe have an excuse ready to go when the obvious questions and frustration arise.

Your not alone. I too was hyped for this game and ready to preorder But now since I will likely be working 12 hour shifts while its running theres not much point. I may get the ps3 version just for the increased beta time. Might actually have been the whole intent. I wonder how ms feels about losing sales to a major competitor over deffrential treatment in a flippin BETA of all things.
Those goodies are freebies. You didn't...no haven't...paid for them, nor will you ever pay for them. If the price is the same before release and after release, that means you are only paying for the game.
How is this so hard for people to understand?

And yes, they ARE freebies... (on your side fyi)... hence why they're called BONUSes. I can't think of many that pay "extra" for the keychain that comes with the automobile they just bought.

the 60 dollars you pay is for the game that releases April 2nd. not for the Beta Access.
if Beta access dictates whether you buy a game, or which console you buy the game for, you are a fool.
yeah u can get for 39.99 after the first month of release because of the down sales and a couple months later they shut the servers down because they didnt make no money off the game and then realize we screwed up doing a poor marketing campaign lol

The game has not release, you paid for the game after 04/02/13 not to play prior to it's launh date so technicallythey can do as they like. People need to relax, this game will be out in 3 weeks, who cares about a few days of beta.
sorry am i missing something? I'm an xbox player....I don't really feel screwed over or anything....I always thought beta or a demo was just a bonus from the company.....your actually going to not get this game because the beta was longer for the pc and ps3 players?.....this whole thread is really weird and confusing....lol
