Oh, I want to respond SO badly, but I said you could have a free shot!

For what it's worth, I'll tell you the one thing I've seen you post that I DO agree with (god, I think it was you that posted it, and I just don't have the willpower to sift through over 1100 posts looking for it, so forgive me if I'm wrong) is that it would be nice if they'd give a straight answer about all the complaints. Even ignoring the complaints altogether would be better than responding with vague platitudes.

Granted, I find most of the complaints on here unfounded, but as you said, that's Trion's job to judge, not mine, so I'll give you that one.

So far the boxers got offered a pc beta they allready had from mmochamp or whatever it is. In otherwords nothing really. What they want is a beta on the weekend and honestly I don't see why this is a problem. They should be able to play just like the other 2 platforms get. In this day and age surely they can make this happen.

I searched but didn't find anything. Will I be able to stream the Xbox 360 beta on twitch?

Don't take my word as concrete, but I think they said the NDA for beta would be lifted this time meaning you should be able to stream just fine.

Might want to get somebody from Trion to confirm though.

If all the betas took place on the same weekend, if something (God forbid) were to happen to more than one platform, it would slow down recover time for all the platforms involved resulting in yet another disaster that would, in my honest opinion, look worse than cutting down on 360 beta time. If they have a multiple platform crash that they cannot resolve for several hours they look like bad developers. At least a shorter beta time just makes them look like they have bad PR.

I,m not insulting you, I'm describing your behavior as I see it. I think you really need to sit back and relax. I think you're letting way too much of this go up to your head if you're even going to bite back at me for something so petty.

I admit I don't envy them. Its a really difficult argument to make. You essentially have to prove the other side doesn't have the right to protest perceived mistreatment by a company.

You have a point but I would argue that if the servers crashed they can legitimately blame it on the game being in BETA and then turn around and just bring them back online as they can. If the betas were of a reasonable length nobody would be that upset over abit of downtime. And if your hypothetical crash is going to happen when they bring all 3 platforms online I would rather it happen during a beta then on live. Allthough at the rate they are going there may not even be an XBOX player base in a few months. It may even be they have to make it cross platform eventually just because there are no xbox players due to everyone ordering ps3 for an actual Beta.

Key word being "perceived." Many users, including 360 users, do not perceive this as mistreatment. Unfortunate, but not mistreatment.

Can you prove from a legal perspective that this incident in any way goes DIRECTLY against anything Trion has stated?
