Oh so now I am childish AND petty. I think I'm beeing baited. Probably best to ignore this one until he posts an actual argument. So far though the other side hasn't come up with much. I admit I don't envy them. Its a really difficult argument to make. You essentially have to prove the other side doesn't have the right to protest perceived mistreatment by a company.

Here's my argument.. I did not call you petty, I called the insult of 'childish' to be a petty one if it were. And pointing out that you reacted to what would have been a petty insult.

You need to open your eyes, you're only going to make a fool of yourself if you continue this way, if it hasn't already been done. You're seeing insults where there's none, you're barking and biting blindly.

Here's proof that you should probably chill; 1- Every one is subject to it, not just you. 2- Not everyone who say to chill are PS3 users who are in the beta through pre-order. 3- you were never promised a date, or timeline. 4- Trion has offered a fix, if they cannot do better.. there's a reason. 5- You're letting this get way over your head, on a public forum when you could just send feedback to the devs, and comm managers through proper means.

Don't take my word as concrete, but I think they said the NDA for beta would be lifted this time meaning you should be able to stream just fine.

Might want to get somebody from Trion to confirm though.

They stated on the stream that the NDA on the beta is lifted as of AMB3. However, the alpha is still under NDA.

Would you please give it a rest. You bought it on Xbox, you'll get 2 days Beta the same as the rest of us who chose that platform. Doesn't matter how much you whine on here it's not going to change.

It doesn't matter what you think, you are not in any way entitled to a longer beta (even if you bleet on about being missold to, they have met their advertising commitment by giving you any access to beta, they did not at any point state a period of time).

If it is actually unfair that other platforms get longer, well, tough. Just get over it, or don't and don't buy the game. I don't think anyone really gives a **** which, just do one of them.

Key word being "perceived." Many users, including 360 users, do not perceive this as mistreatment. Unfortunate, but not mistreatment.

Can you prove from a legal perspective that this incident in any way goes DIRECTLY against anything Trion has stated?

Its not a legal grievance but an ethical one. Treating one set of costumers better then another is hardly fair. And the other side is free to argue there is no mistreatment so long as they do it without calling the other guy a whiner, crybaby, etc. Not only is it trolling but it does nothing to further there points. If anything it invalidates them.

So far the boxers got offered a pc beta they allready had from mmochamp or whatever it is. In otherwords nothing really. What they want is a beta on the weekend and honestly I don't see why this is a problem. They should be able to play just like the other 2 platforms get. In this day and age surely they can make this happen.

It would make a lot more sense to have it on the weekend, since there tends to be more of a player base during weekends. From a business perspective, it's an odd decision.

From a personal perspective, I don't really care what days they choose to have the beta, or how long it is compared to other platforms, as long as they know what they're doing behind the scenes and support the game after launch.

If all the betas took place on the same weekend, if something (God forbid) were to happen to more than one platform, it would slow down recover time for all the platforms involved resulting in yet another disaster that would, in my honest opinion, look worse than cutting down on 360 beta time. If they have a multiple platform crash that they cannot resolve for several hours they look like bad developers. At least a shorter beta time just makes them look like they have bad PR.

No, to stagger the final betas allow them to have this sort of problem but one at a time as opposed to simultaneously.

It really just boils down to a schedule conflict since the beta was so late (I'd be more concerned about that than a short beta window myself).

So now we add fool to the list. I admit whatching you insult me in every post and CONTINUE to deny your doing it is amusing. Heres an idea. If you can't make a post without using an insult directed at the other guy regardless of how "petty" you think it is then maybe you should be the one to give it a rest.
