Wrong. It is Trion's choice to do this until they say otherwise. Stop blaming other companies for THERE beta unless ofcourse you have evidence to suppourt that. The pc beta is shorter then the ps3 beta and I doubt theres any other company who even could force a shorter pc beta. They CHOOSE to make it shorter for some reason I cannot phathom but which cannot possible be good.

the PC beta has, and always will be longer than a console beta. You're dealing with varied hardware, in all likelihood, no 2 computers will play the game the same way, something that works perfectly on one PC could have a bug on another, even with identical hardware - differing background software could interfere.

Perhaps, but the point is, yesterday he was screaming that "beta access" is "guaranteed" in "the pre-order" and even whined that "everybody who has pre-purchased is being ripped off". Then after going on for almost the whole day... let it slip that he never pre-purchased anything, and therefor isn't even part of "being ripped off" as he was preaching.

(He was even going so far as trying to say "there is no beta" like a brat... when there is, he's just made that it takes place on two days that are inconvenient only to him... even went so far as to say that he has a NORMAL schedule unlike everybody else supposedly.)

Dude, we've given you proof. And I don't need to quote because EVERYBODY knows you perfectly by now and fully recalls it all...

1. You claim to speak for everybody whose purchased the game... you have ADMITTED yourself to NEVER purchasing a thing.

2. You continually try to be a martyr for a cause simply to flex your own epeen and get the attention you obviously lack elsewhere.

3. You said yourself (and I just quoted it actually on the last page) that this game will bomb and you're only staying around until it does.

4. Everything you do, and SEVERAL have pointed it out, is purposely act like a brat and push people hoping to get a response... because the truth is, even if it's negative attention... you NEED the attention... that's EXACTLY what you want, to be noticed, to be seen, and to get your "interaction" from all this. The "beta" makes a great soap-box platform for you to turn this into your own personal crusade for spotlight.

5. When people FACTUALLY call a spade a spade, you call it TROLLING. You sir have been trolling for over a day now. Nobody really gives a crap anymore, but you keep trying to stir the pot.

I understand the anger here. But I do want to at least confirm what I suspect to be true that this game will bomb before I go elsewhere. Now don't get me wrong I really hope this goes off well if only so other companies try the transmedia thing. But if they can't even schedule a beta properly I have real concerns about the final product. And thanks to the beta issues I can't even expect to resolve those concerns without buying it. Which obviously is not happening unless I get some decent time in game before it ships. Even the pc beta is not nearly long enough to allow that. We need at bareminimum 4 days encompassing a weekend and 2 weekdays to avoid excluding as few paying costumers as possible. They bought a beta as part of the preorder deal and now they can't log in for but maybe 2 hours. Yeah I'd be pissed too if I had ordered for the BOX

Funny I don't see where you get I said the game would bomb and I hoped it did. I said I SUSPECT it will and I want to stay around incase I am wrong and it actually turns out good, Not to Gloat as you falsely claimed.

I don't claim to speak for everyone who preordered an XBOX copy but I know I speak for many.

I have avoided getting pulled into this senseless argument but i have to use this line as a base for humility and reason. I wont follow up on this so anyone who wants to try to present anything else as truth other than what i am about to say is your own opinion. What im going to say is the right side and isn't an opinion but a measurable fact.

There is only one side. The side of gratitude.

If its 1 day or 1 month, the fact that Trion has opened up their game for us to play before April 2nd is a blessing and a gift. Not an entitlement, not a right, and not something they owe us because we preordered.

Think back to video games before the web, before the networks, before the digital streams and downloads. If you wanted to play the game you read about it. You talked to your friends. If you were hesitant on buying you waited. You didn't spend your money. You went to your friends house and watched them and maybe even kicked them off their parents computer to play for a bit yourself.

If you make the decision to spend your money on something you are not sure you'll like, or better yet, spend your money on something you dont understand. That is not the game developers problem. They are thankful for your contribution and as reward they are granting access to their game.

The only response any of us should be giving is gratitude. Trion could say NO beta at all. Going back to the good ol'days of how things were when a LOT of us were waiting outside for Mario Brothers 3 and that damn Raccoon Tail Mario taunting us.

Be thankful for what you have and what we are being given. Dont show jealousy or envy for one console who gets 6 days and you who get 1 day. Why does it even matter? We all get to play April 2nd. We all start the same. Nothing is lost.

So to step off my soap box i'll leave it with my final words about all these threads sparking flames. Exposing some of humanities most grotesque and disgusting traits.

Jealousy, Envy, Anger, Pretentiousness, - All of these.... wont get you a good woman/man and wont get you laid. jk jk (joking aside)

All of these, are things you should look in on yourself and ask yourself. Is it that hard to just be grateful for what we have? Also, can I appreciate those who have worked so hard for us to have it?

The answer should be yes, we can.

How's this for a quote of you trolling? You YOURSELF have said you haven't paid a thing, and yet are SCREAMING from the roof tops how you represent everybody that's paid and been ripped off. You've bad-mouthed Trion for the last 2 days now trying to scare people away from purchasing. You even said in a thread called "Beta Acces" (actual spelling) for people to not even bother getting the game, because by the time they get into beta it'll be over. You constantly QQ and bad-mouth when you have NOTHING to bad-mouth about... you have made ZERO investment, but yet you say, "it's part of the package"... when people have CONTINUALLY said that part of the package is an INVITE, not a GUARANTEE to LENGTH or WHEN... which again, YOU HAVEN'T EVEN PURCHASED THAT PACKAGE.
