Insisted even though its a free bonus? Since when does having to pay $50 or whatever its up to now constitute FREE. I mean sure you can get a key now easily enough but the guys who preordered didnt' know that when they preordered the game and by extension the beta. A little bit of advice. There is no such thing as a "free" bonus when a purchase is involved. Its all part of the package to tempt you into buying it.

April 2nd the price will still be the same, and you won't get Beta access, or any other pre-order bonuses. By your logic, is the price going up as a result? What about Xbox players who buy the game after the Beta ends, but before the game goes live?

Ctrain all of the other betas were two days long.. the only reason your upset is that PS3 got more time. Does that give you reason to be upset.. yeah sure. You can even mention it that, that is fine cause again because you have the right to mention your annoyance at it. most of the people arguing with you are arguing because your statements are rediculous as to how you are dealing with that annoyance. Most people would get over this rather quickly for three reasons. One its a game... a game not a turning point in your life. Two its a beta in a game that has had two other betas that were only 2 days. and Three.. the game releases a week later.

The fact that the devs are doing livestreams, TWICE a week, and have already offered to give us codes for the PC beta MORE than makes it up.

I have the distinct feeling this falls along the lines of why we can't have cross-platform servers when they've already tested and said it's possible. Read: first party. Read: Microsoft doesn't want to play.

Glad that does it for you. But consider your a guy who can't run it on pc and when he gets into the game he sees all kinds of crap he never saw in the live streams. It just seems like something has gone terribly wrong and there keeping the 360 beta seriously short because they don't want it found out. But thats just a theory.

I'm under the impression once you get betacodes you can't cancel. But this may no longer be the usual policy anymore. I'd have to look into it.

BTW is no one else curious about whether or not we will have to download/install the game a second time if we are in this beta.. or if we will just have to update and enter our code when we get our copy of the game.

If it's anything like betas of the past, it'll just be a patch/update. You can actually enter your code now, I've already inputted mine... just go the main Trion site and click "apply code" and it'll show beta on your account. In fact, you may want to do that if you haven't already, so they can send the email with the instructions.

That's right up there with faking the moon landing. If there was a problem with the xbox version, there'd be a problem with the PC version too, since it's the same architecture.
