How far can we push these guys before the loss of costumers outweighs the benefits of skimping on there product. I can't say what this episode has cost them. Maybe you'll have more luck when you see how many xbox preorders get canceled vs ps3 by percentage of total. What exactly is it you're hoping to achieve by continuing to post in this thread? What is it you want from Trion? You said you wanted them to extend the beta, but that's not going to happen, no matter how much you post. Some users were upset and altered their preorder, or perhaps cancelled it. What more do you want? Perhaps you should just call or email customer service since you don't seem to be getting the response you want from the player base.
