I tried in this video to really create something simple for you guys to watch and create a understanding of what synergy is. This is a very complex topic so hopefully i answered a lot of questions i see on the forums.

I have a question. The shotgun you have in the video has 4 synergy effects but only 2 mod slots. Do you get all 4 effect as long as you have 2 (Brutal) synergy mods equiped?

That's one of the reasons why I love the game because not everything is just handed to you with an explanation you have to figure it out sometimes. Not everyones cup of tea but I enjoy that aspect of having to figure it out.

Nice vid, you really have made some helpful tutorials and they've helped me lots. There is a synergy vid on the mod thread as well and it explains the synergy weapons with just the 2 bonuses in it. They come in effect when you have 2 weapons in your loadout with both the same (2) synergies in it.
