PC server has been lagging incredibly bad. Anyone else experiencing this or maybe just me? Midwest region.

"The knife was too slow."
I made a post earlier, has been crappy all weekend. But two hours or so ago it became unplayable, so I logged.... PC - Midwest as well.
cant play so laggy tonight.
1. mobs spawn 3-8 seconds after i get near a mission spot.
2. re-spawn and up to 10 sec before ammo box appears.
3. mount does not appear for up to 10 seconds.
4. looting of scraps and coin takes up to 5 seconds
PC version, was a busy weekend so haven't been online since Friday, but played all week and when it didn't crash was nothing like this.
