Getting mission titles shown

I met Lawkeeper Jon Cooper, got the deputy title but it doesn't show up in the screen for picking titles. Where is the title? Is this a bug or just hidden somewhere in the UI?

Huh, you sure you looked in the Loadout titles for it?

If yes, try checking the Claim Items section of the store
