Brutal Mods from Synergy Mod Caches

I have spent a ton of keys on the synergy caches now, and I swear 99% of the mods I get are for the Brutal synergy. I admit, they are useful for one of my setups, but I already have both weapons modded out with tier 3 Brutal mods, 8 in total, and I have TONS in my bags. It would be great if there was more variety. I've gotten one or two Run 'n Gun mods from them, and I would love to see more of those. Hell, I am finding new synergy types every day that I never even knew existed. You'd figure you would get more variety from using your hard earned keys, especially since I am passing up the guns. I can see why some wouldn't be included, like the types sold from rep vendors, but what's up, is this bugged or is it meant to be mostly Brutal mods, as they are the least common I'm guessing...

I noticed as I got higher ego I see newer mods the brutal and run an gun are common low level ones is my belief

still have to find a weapon with the same mod as you wish to equip 4 brutal mods + 1 weapon with synergy brutal just to get its effect .....

bad system IMO should be any mod any weapon ..... get 4 mods with a different synergy then on the weapon get two synergy at 2/4 and 3/4 (1/4 from the weapons synergy) .....

I am almost ego 1,200 atm. As far as I know the synergy bonuses on items and mods are separate from each other. The mods seem to be working in my current setup and neither weapon is Brutal, they're actually both Quartermaster, and I am getting the bonus from that as well. My SAW is reloading pretty quickly after melee kills. Would just like to get some mods for my other setups.

ive had this exact same issue aswell im not far off 1200 and all im gettings brutal with mybe 2 run and gun mods thing is i just am not finding brutal guns to shove them on i just wish you could buy the mods like have synergy mod packs that told you what they are for before you buy them
