Where to get up to before show airs?

Maybe spoilers here for people but I was wondering where I should get up to before the show airs tomorrow. Currently episode why I got up to and finished the mission about the crystal and received the pretty awesome assault rifle with every mod slot available. Should I go further if possible?

There are no more episode stuff until after the show airs or w/e they put up the new stuff.

Don't worry I didn't even realise I did the episode missions. They won't have any effect on your TV show viewing if you do them or not.
