Pretty much as the title says. On the site it says 120/120 codes redeemed. And I have linked my console. But no items? Any idea why?

if youve just done it in the past dar or so maybe theyve removed the rewards as it was for the first week only ?
those codes were done and dusted before the games release , my guess is its been removed.

Finally received mine after a server update, items were available when the servers came back up.

Did you go into the Defiance store and collect your items? They do not automatically apply to your character so if you didn't know, go see what you find.
