    Faction Vendor Items Missing Over and Over again.

    It's getting to the point where I am so frustrated that I just want to return Defiance and never look back. I've been prioritizing to grind on daily contracts for Faction Points and each time I purchase an item from a Faction Vendor, they end up disappearing within 24 hours. It defeats the purpose of grinding and is really discouraging. I am missing so many guns and synergy mods due to the Salvage Matrix glitch that I've lost count but these Faction Vendor Items were the last straw. 3 or 4 of these guns simply disappeared while it was in my stowed weapon slot while queuing up and joining instances 2 being my Faction Vendor weapons. I am also missing a total of 112 Bits due to 2 recent Clan Reputation Boost purchases that did not grant me my clan boost but charged me regardless. Seriously, what's with all the inconvenience? I have tried issuing a complaint in the in game Support Desk and the Trion customer support page and still have not received my items. I have also tried opening a Live Chat Support page and each time I try it comes up as a busy page or a page under maintenance.

    I am currently missing the following Items:
    • Frontier Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle Biological Elemtal Effect | 200 TNTW Faction Points | 4,230 Scrip (Top Notch Tool Works)
    • Prepared Synergy Mod Cache | 100 TNTW Faction Points
    • Votan Pulser Incendiary Elemental Effect | 200 SE Faction Points | 4,300 Scrip (Soleptor Enterprises Vendor)
    • Clan Reputation Boost | 56 Bits
    • Clan Reputation Boost | 56 Bits

    I play Defiance on Xbox 360. My Gamertag is rVigilance and my Character's name is Vigilance.
    Please return my items Trion. This is truly unfair and defeats the purpose of even attempting to play this game. I have no other place to turn to at this point but to post on the forums.

    Why would you purchase something knowing an error occured the first time? Im not being smart...just seems like a logical thing to wait... at least until the patch released...so many bugs...i wont take that big a of a risk to PURCHASE something...not once but numerous times? I blame trion for the first time and you for the others...not to mention they just issued all of us personal boosts...not wise my friend...hope this patch fixes those bugs for you though...

    Why would I purchase something knowing an error occurred the first time? Simply because I felt like it. I was simply playing the game I purchased willingly without any discontent because I have a right to do so as a consumer. I will not limit myself because of technical errors and inconsistencies. I did not buy Defiance with the intent of tip toeing around bugs that I cannot predict nor control. For you to blame me as a consumer is ludicrous and to lean on personal boosts as a saving grace from all these inconveniences is irrelevant. If we as the consumer are forced to limit our in-game intentions, then why even participate in playing Defiance on a whole? Is it irrational to purchase boosts and items during a long period of technical errors and bugs? Possibly, but that's why we have a right as consumers to leave feedback and report to customer service for the inconvenience. I bought this game to play it to the fullest, not to tremble in the face of bugs and glitches. So I'll keep attempting to make my guns better even if it means rolling the dice of chance, simply, because I have the right to do so.

    I understand that Trion's staff is trying their hardest to fix and address these issues as fast as possible and sure, a week of boosts is a great gesture but it does not fully reciprocate the fallacies of the technical errors that we still experience on a daily basis while playing Defiance. My heart and patience is still with Trion but I just felt as if it was time to speak my mind as a consumer, so please don't discourage me from expressing my opinions and concerns Spike9.

    I had the same thing happen to me. Bought the 200 Rep auto shotty from soleptor? Industries and after I added 1 mod and joined a competitive match it disappeared D:

    can't do a lot of the pvp contracts on pc because "capture and hold is on hold" someone said that on the forum awhile ago, figured i'd borrow it

    Attempted to download the New Defiance Patch 1.010 Sharks in Winter Solstice. Now the patcher isn't even passing 20%. I can't dedicate anymore time to such a faulty game. This is too much. I definitely don't expect any reimbursement from Trion at this point as far as my lost faction points, weapons and bits are concerned. There are far too many complaints and issues ahead of mine. This game wasn't ready to be launched..... AT ALL. Better luck next time Trion. Defiance was not a huge success after all.
