There are 3 Lights in The Crater bar and a Data Recorder. (Data Recorder is by Cass)

The lights respawn so you can just keep getting them until you complete the challenge.

I found this, but I do not see these lights. Maybe they are on respawn?

Theres 4 recorders posted so far, only 3 of which are relevant to the pursuits.

The lights can actually be actived by others, but they won't count for you >_>;

Ewww, one of the pursuits is pvp... guees I gotta bite the apple and do pvp sooner then i wanted to.

kinda disapointed the only outfit piece is a cap, and not sure why theres SOOO many titles.

SUPER excited about data recorders, GREAT way to give us more info about the game world.

what are the apture and hold matches, i have yet to see them in co op competitive, and quick join hasnt put me in one yet
thought they were shadow wars for a bit(since you are capturing points and holding them) but that ended up not being the case

No plants have been there a along. Almost have start screen memorized after the many hours of server downtime.

Compilation for those who can't dig through:

you only have to do 10 lights of the fallen, they can be anywhere and done multiple times. I found all of them by visiting the hidden vendors.

New Recordings:
1 behind lockbox at muir processing
1 near rep vendor at Shondus
1 near cass at the crater

Still haven't found the 4th or the pilgrims

The light by the crater respawns, and it counts towards the pursuit each time.
