Does anyone else have a problem with crouching and firing? I find that when I crouch behind something, even when my cross-hairs are on the enemy, when I fire, it hits the object I'm crouching behind, and I have to either stand up, or move farther away from whatever it is I'm crouching behind (thus resulting in me being exposed).
Yep, I've had the same issue multiple times..very annoying.
Hopefully they fix it in the patch.

Sometimes even when I'm standing and my cross-hair is OVER obstacles my flare guy explodes in my face and burn my character, instead of enemies.
The thread is headed towards being another one of these "This game is broken1!@1!!".... mods need to close this thread..
lol I think you are overreacting a bit. We can chat and discuss without getting all crazy. No is saying anything about the game being broke, just discussing a bug (if it is a bug?). Chill out. Calm down. Take some deep breaths.
This happens to me all the time, I wish the game had a cover system. Even if it's a simple one like in GTA 4. You have to take cover behind things in this game. Pretty much you have to stand half way in the open and behind something to survive. Maybe they assumed everyone would pick cloak as their main ego power.
I thought it was just me.
