Ignite Light of the Fallen (I strangely loved this)

Actually found 3 at overpass (one was along side the parked truck)
Also found a total of 4 at ID Ranch, 2 at TN Toolworks, 3 HL Trans depot.
(seems like after lighting a certian number of them I could still find but not light them)

i think the light of the fallen was added for those that were victim in the boston bombing this morning. tragic event. thats my best thought on that

no, more to do with defiance show launch and memorial of the battle of defiance

coding for the lights , an ok from top brass, etc had to be in the works pre today & todays tragedy

This is part of the game/show tie-in celebrating armistice day which is when votans and humans decided to stop fighting if you don't watch the show your not going to know why some things are in the game at certain points in time

Okay so while travelling to the Headlands Transit Depot earlier, I noticed something I have never seen before, is this because I rush around or because I really never paid attention? well either way the entrance to the area has these interactive barrels there and they allow you to ignite them (See the picture below)




Once ignited, they go up like so (See the picture below)



Sorry if anybody else has posted this small and to be honest, rather easy find but I found this to be a really nice addition to what happens later in the game (Naming no spoilers) and just made me love it even more, hey I am standing in the same spot as I write this forum post which also feels like a blog to me now.

Anyway thanks for reading and if you have not seen this before, go do it just because you can



Okay I have found 2 more Ignition's located further back in the compound of the Headlands Transit Depot! I will take pictures of all 4 places...



Basically if all these are lit at the same time, will it cause something to happen? I think I need a party to verify this! also just look for the yellow dots to spot the ignition points.

Turns out you light them for a pursuit challenge! either way that's 4 locations so enjoy finding them

Current known locations:-

Headlands Transit Depot : 4 (2 at the entrance and 2 inside the depot)
The Crater : 3 (2 at the entrance and one at the trailer houses at the back)
Crystal Lake : 1 (Credit to Frantic Poet)
Bug n' Chug : 1 (Credit to Frantic Poet)
Iron Demon Ranch : 2 (Credit to demonichatered)
Graveyards : 1 (Credit to Tgreen)

Go to Iron Demon or Shondu's Consulate.
Revel in all the waiting lanterns
Light 10
Find that nothing happens
Revel in this as being "new content".

I found these this morning...
Had no idea what they were at the time, but ran around and lit about at least 20.

Which is kind of a bummer. They were moderately entertaining to launch while wandering around.

Yeah, I was sad they didn't let you keep lighting some, because they are fun. But I understand giving other players a chance.
