You are lucky you got that response even if it was only a typo, I didn't even get that ******ed typo and my tickets magically closed themselves....
Huh. So the closing is normal, but the "face on keyboard" I got was atypical.

Your Challenger won't drive? You're probably in the passenger seat.
Can't sell/delete an item? Check all of your loadouts, it's likely still equipped.
Auction house? Why? It'll just render bits purchased lock boxes pointless, and weapons are mostly equal anyway.
Gear/enemy progression? No thanks, it'll only render 90% of the content trivial when you reach the highest zone.
I have gotten the same mysterious mumbo jumbo on my tickets, but only before I got a real response with actual text, it took a day or two before they changed again to some short unintelligible thing like the one in the picture TS linked.
