i've been wandering around those hillsides for the last half hour, no sign of a spawn.

logged out, logged back in, spent some more time tooling around various hillsides in zone, circled back to the supposed location several time, no sign of anything but a few wandering skitterlings, can anyone confirm the spawn location?

Its on the hill on the end with the big rock. Gotta either change phases or clear the random events spawning there.

Look on the road directly east of the time trial near the turn. That's where it spawned for me.

I got the Marin one done by helping to defend armistice npcs at one of those campouts. The ones that Ego tells the player, "What's going on over there?".
