I think it was just an update for the launcher, not the actual game.

If you're refering to the now infamous "8 page.. well it might actually be about 5 small pages really patch" then no it hasn't been implemented yet...

This appears to only be the case for the US servers as currently there is no patch to be applied for EU players.

Yeap, I imagine an now ex employee of Amazon placed the full episode on there, instead of the trailer/14 minute teaser. I'm not sure if SyFy will sue Amazon, but suing people is an American pass time, so I guess we'll see.
