Music anyone???

No ambient music during gameplay, nothing to get you pumped for pvp, cut scenes either? Is it just the 360 that has this issue? I had this really cool cut scene after doing a mission in San Fran. Won't say what happened exactly. Don't want to spoil it for those who haven't gotten there yet. It played in slow motion with explosions. Without the explosion I may as well have had the tv on mute. I get that the game is supposed to be innovative and all but c'mon. A soundtrack wouldn't hurt.

Nah, not really. I've never been a soundtrack person, especially if the music muffles dialogue (more something you have in TV shows than games). I can't tell you a single game in which I liked the soundtrack, and I can't tell you any non-sports or music game where I could recognize the soundtrack.

Earlier I was standing around in game, and couldn't figure out where the bird noises were coming from. I checked to make sure my windows were closed, before realizing it was in game. Haha.

I turn off all music in games. I either prefer my own or nothing.

I've heard world music... though it's usually quiet and it doesn't happen very often as far as I can tell.

i remember reading somewhere in the patch notes that they've reconfigured audio cues for encounters so theyre aware.

Yes, ego is a little loud all the time... and overwhelmingly loud on matchmaking status reports. I hope they turn her matchmaking voice down alot.
