IIRC, the surprise was the actual show itself, they kind of gave it away with the last stream because Sledge is the man and always gives us some extra tidbits

At the end they had a preview of a new trailer for the game.

It was kinda badass, narrated by Cooper, talking about how arkhunters are badass.

Basically a badass trailer in a badass narrative about badass people doing badass things that I'm pretty sure aren't currently in a badass game.
